Join our team at BHE and help service our clients utilizing the next-generation healthcare data analytics platform to help improve the quality and efficiency of medical care!  Established consulting company with exciting new IT analytic platforms is looking to grow to the next level with the help of an outstanding Customer Success Manager.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Responsible for overall customer success for BHE’s key software accounts
  • Build strategic relationships within the accounts
  • Onboard new customers by ensuring proper implementations and running excellent training programs
  • Manage day-to-day client support process
  • Handle urgent customer concerns with confidence, putting them at ease
  • Liaison between customers and BHE to ensure feature requests and enhancements are documented and addressed
  • Uncover new business opportunities
  • Manage client contracting
  • Maintain customer data in internal systems

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • H3+ years client management experience in a software environment
  • Proven customer relationship skills; passionate about customer success
  • Solid negotiation experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross functionally and balance the needs of the customer with the needs of the company
  • Experience creating and managing proposals
  • Knowledge of both technology and business concerns
  • Exceptional organization skills
