With the rollout of the X1 “entertainment operating system,” Comcast is changing the way people experience television. X1 is a cloud-based platform that delivers a beautiful, rich, and highly personalized user interface to millions of Xfinity customers’ set-top boxes, tablet devices, and mobile apps.
Within CoMPASS, our job is to power X1’s content discovery services, including video search, browse, recommendations, and voice control products. So we need a smart and dedicated team of people who are passionate about helping our customers find stuff to watch on TV.
The Reporting Analyst supports the CoMPASS product team by helping us understand how X1 customers are using our content discovery services. These services generate gigabytes of usage data everyday, and we need someone with the technical skills and business acumen to help us turn this data into information, so that we can use this intelligence to make decisions about how to manage our products.
